Villa Kalava is a new modern 2-bedroom villa with private bathrooms located in Kabalana, Ahangama's quiet area. This tropical style villa has a private pool with Jacuzzi area and outdoor shower. All of the rooms have air conditioning. The space ACCOMONDATION Villa Kalava is located near the local temple, which will bring you a special cultural pleasure and you will fully enjoy the atmosphere of Sri Lanka. It is also located within the village but away from the main road and railroad. The famous beach Kabalana with a surfing spot is only a 12-minute walk away.The combination of modern design and light colors, as well as tropical plants, will create an unforgettable vacation experience. BEDROOMS WITH EN SUITE. Both bedrooms have a King bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as air conditioning and a safe to keep your valuables safe. Bodywash, shampoo, and hand soap are provided for free. KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM Our kitchen and living room have a unique open floor plan, allowing you to feel like you're in the midst of tropical nature from inside the villa. You can use as much of the big flat-screen TV with Netflix and smart tv and cinema-like audio system as you want. The modern built-in kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stove, and oven. You'll find all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a fantastic meal, as well as an espresso machine to make you a fresh coffee in the morning. There is also a 6-person dining table and outdoor kitchen for barbeque. POOL&GARDEN You can relax in the sun by the pool from early morning to late afternoon, relaxing in our comfortable daybeds and enjoying the shade of beautiful palm trees and plants. You don't have to go inside after your swim to take a shower; you can do it right next to the pool in our photogenic outdoor shower. ENTRANCE Our main entrance with free parking is protected by a security camera. There is enough space for3 cars. Guest access What is available to the visitor. We give you full access to the villa, which is completely private. A free parking space directly in front of the villa is guarded by a security camera. Other things to note The villa also has a generator, so a powercuts will not keep you from enjoying your vacation. Contact us at any time; we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
